Junior CRM Manager (f/m/d)

In the marketing team, we love to fascinate our community with creative content and to respond to their problems and wishes. In community relationship management, we update our users about current events in our games and try to make their gaming experience as immersive as possible. Team spirit, creativity and number-driven thinking are part of our DNA and part of our daily work. We support the New Games team in testing and scaling new games in the mobile market. • You plan, prepare, execute and analyze international CRM campaigns via email, Social Media ads and push notifications, including copywriting, design and translation coordination
• You analyze our player database and find relevant segments for our reactivation/retention campaigns, you maintain and optimize the existing campaigns
• You plan, execute, track A/B tests and optimize your campaigns accordingly
• You measure the results of the campaigns, provide reports and integrate learnings
• You support the automation of customer journeys
• Work cross-functionally together with other departments and stakeholders

• Some years of proven experience in digital marketing, previous CRM (email and push notification) or customer journey experience is a strong plus
• Analytical and numbers-driven mindset, passionate about KPIs, desire to dive deep to understand campaign performance and customer data
• Hands-on team player who is eager to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
