Community Managers (f/m/div) & Customer Service Representatives (f/m/div)

for the languages: Russian, Czech, Spanish, English, Arabic

To work remotely for us and support our games!
The contract is between 30 and 60 hours/month + payment in function of the amount of handled support inquiries during the month.

QUEST

As Community Manager (f/m/div):

  • You engage with players, build a good relationship with them, and manage their expectations
  • You keep the community informed about all changes in the game and other important announcements
  • You respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • You monitor, moderate, and report on player’s feedback
  • You organize events to build the community and boost brand awareness
  • You engage the community in meaningful conversation
  • You build relationships with influencers and key actors of your community
  • You hire, train, and oversee a team of volunteer moderators
  • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead

As Customer Service Representative (f/m/div):

  • You help our players with questions, inquiries and issues regarding account, products and billing via written communication
  • You build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players
  • You forward possible bug entries and technical issues to 2nd level support
  • You resolve suspension-based issues
  • You work alongside internal guidelines
  • You take care of the knowledgebase/Answers with helpful information for the players
  • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead and will also get regular feedback, coaching & help

SKILLS

  • Customer-oriented mindset and eager to be a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and the language you support
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Discord and its functionality - previous experience managing Discord communities is a plus
  • Experience in the gaming industry as a Customer Service Representative, Community Manager, or contributor to various media is a plus
