QUEST

  • You are the face of the company and the voice of the community, you walk that fine line between being the player’s advocate and the representative of the company that presents game center decisions and information to the community
  • You define the community management vision and develop a long-term communication strategy and ensure that all actions are in place to achieve the goals, you measure and report the success of your actions and adapt your strategy accordingly
  • You cooperate with the Game Director/Product Manager, Brand Manager and Social Media Manager to align the actions with the general communication strategy
  • You organize and synchronize the communication through the different communication channels and align it with the stakeholders
  • You manage and train a team of remote contract Community Managers
  • You set up and maintain the official communication platforms (forums, discord, blog, social media…) and you make our online presence a positive experience for the community
  • You conceptualize, budget, pitch and bring to life innovative ideas to communicate with our players 

SKILLS

  • You have several years of experience in the role of Community Manager for online games and you are passionate about browser and tycoon games
  • You are a strong communicator, a team player and you don’t mind appearing in front of the camera - previous YouTube video creation and streaming experiences are a plus
  • You bring fresh and innovative ideas  
  • You have experience with community management related tools like forum software, social media tools, chat clients and broadcasting tools
  • You have experience in supervising paid remote contract staff and volunteer moderators
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, good German skills are preferred
