Community Manager & Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

for the languages Italian & Russian

In Community Management and Customer Service, we engage with a lively community of gamers, attending to their ideas and issues, and creating a friendly environment for new and veteran players.
 

We are seeking:

  • An Italian speaking Community Manager and Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) to join our Travian: Legends team. You will be responsible for managing and engaging the Italian community on our communication platforms. The remote freelance contract will be for ~70 hours/month and a payment in function of the amount of handled support inquiries during the month.
  • A Russian speaking Community Manager and Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) to join our Travian: Legends and Travian Kingdoms teams. You will be responsible for managing and engaging the Russian community on our communication platforms. The remote freelance contract will be for ~40 hours/month and a payment in function of the amount of handled support inquiries during the month. Due to the current context, we are unable to wire payments to Russian bank accounts, therefore we will consider applications for people located outside of Russia.

As a Community Manager (f/m/d)

  • You are our direct link between the players and the game teams.
  • You monitor and moderate player discussions on several official community platforms and social media.
  • You apply our internal moderation guidelines and cooperate with voluntary moderators and other CMs to maintain the Community platforms as friendly environments.
  • You pro-actively plan and execute regular events to engage the community.
  • You actively onboard and retain new players and address their questions, issues and concerns.
  • You build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players and key-influencers.
  • You keep our players informed about game updates, events and other important news.
  • You provide regular feedback to the game team on community sentiment, trends, ideas and needs.

As a Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

  • You help our players with questions, inquiries and issues regarding account, products and billing via written communication.
  • You build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players.
  • You forward possible bug entries and technical issues to 2nd level support.
  • You resolve suspension-based issues with clear explanations.
  • You work alongside internal guidelines.
  • You take care of the knowledgebase management to provide helpful information for the players.
  • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead and will also get regular feedback, coaching & help.

Your Skills

  • You are a passionate gamer, ideally experienced with online multiplayer strategy games (ideally from Travian Games).
  • You have previous experience in moderating an online community and answering players’ inquiries.
  • You are a team player with a high level of independence, self-organization and collaborative personality.
  • You pay attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian or Russian.
