QA Tester (f/m/d) - limited 1 year contract

Become a QA Tester (f/m/d) at Travian Games in our Travian: Legends team to help ensure high-quality and error-free gameplay for our loyal players.

As a QA Tester (f/m/d), you will test our game for errors as well as help answer questions in tickets submitted by our players. You will work closely with other team members, like developers and designers, while performing these tasks.
 

• You are involved in testing the game in a systematic way, analyzing the game’s performance against the designer’s intentions, identifying, and reporting problems, and suggesting improvements.
• You will help answer customer service tickets, providing players with information about the game and documenting bugs that are submitted.
• You ensure all projects are shipped on time with maximum quality and minimal bugs.
• You are involved in our development team and thus contribute significantly to the advancement of our products’ gaming experience.
• You will learn a lot about quality standards and quality assurance as well as play a part in our technically challenging projects.

• You have personal interest in video games.
• You have an affinity for the internet with basic understanding of how the web works.
• You can work well independently as well as in a team and have good problem-solving skills.
• You are motivated to learn about and work with strategy games.
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office.
• You have excellent writing and speaking proficiency in English.
• In addition to English, candidates having German language proficiency are preferred.
• Candidates with ISTQB Foundation Level certification are preferred.
