• You will plan, execute and analyze marketing activities in the areas User Acquisition, Ad Monetization and BizDev/Cooperations
• You will support our marketing strategy to attract new players to our games through various channels and platforms - including paid advertising, social media, and partnerships.
• You will manage and create targeted, KPI-driven and cost-efficient campaigns including A/B tests as well as cooperated promotions for our games and implement effective advertising solutions to maximize ad revenue streams.
• You will coordinate needed advertising efforts, including localization, creatives and landingpages to ensure driving successful campaigns.
• You will foster new and existing relationships with advertising partners and networks to expand our reach and maximize performance.

• You have initial experience in working as an Online Marketing Manager - especially focus on app promotion.
• You have a good knowledge of the digital industry and digital marketing tools / platforms (e.g. Google).
• You have good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• You have a high level of self-organization and attention to detail in your work.
• You have a team player mindset, understanding the importance of collaboration to contribute to the overall success of the company.
• You have good writing and speaking proficiency in both English and German.

Advantageous:
 

• You have initial experience with browser and/or mobile games, simulation and strategy genre is a plus.
• You demonstrate initial proficiency in web and mobile tracking disciplines.
• You exhibit initial expertise in creative and landingpage optimization.
• You are familiar with mobile measurement platforms (MMP).
• You have introductory knowledge with ad technology solutions and platforms.
• You have good communication and project management skills.
• You are proactive; staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• You have proficiency in MS Office, experience in Adobe products is a plus.
