• You collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead the recruitment process at Travian Games Group, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organizational needs.
• You coordinate new staff onboarding and organize a new employee orientation program to facilitate their fast and smooth integration into the company culture.
• You develop and execute employer branding initiatives to promote our employer brand across various channels, such as social media, employer review web sites, as well as career events and job fairs to enhance the company's image. 
• You manage internal communications channels, including the company intranet to ensure clear and transparent communication within the organization.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and create exciting content of the staff events to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture.
• You participate in different strategic HR initiatives and projects, bring learnings and new ideas for further development of our HR activities.

• You have a Bachelor or a Master Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• You have a strong experience in talent acquisition or similar role, ideally including development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• You have good project management skills and ideally experience in organizing career and staff events.
• You are very responsible, reliable and have a high level of self-organization.
• You have excellent writing and speaking proficiency in both English and German.
• You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork and focuses on contributing to the overall company success.
